At Amygglow A subsidiary of SEASOUL COSMECEUTICALS PVT.LTD., it is our constant endeavour to provide our customers with the best of the products at the best prices. Unfortunately, due to reasons of personal hygiene, health, safety and fair use we cannot accept returns once purchased.

Damaged Products

• Please do not accept delivery of the item if the outer packaging appears damaged or in any way tampered with.
• If, after you open the packaging, you discover that the item is damaged, you can return the product to us for a refund. Please contact our customer service at info@amygglow.com for initiating the return and send us the images of the damaged product.
• Once our returns section receives and verifies the product, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as the case may be.
• Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the replacement product. In such cases, we will offer only a refund.
• Refunds are offered in the form of a credit note which can be availed on any further purchase on Amygglow A subsidiary of SEASOUL COSMECEUTICALS PVT.LTD..

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, you can email our customer service at info@amygglow.com and provide details of the order you would like to cancel.

• If you cancel the order before the product has been shipped, you will receive a complete refund.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be honoured.
• Please note we usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.

Returns Procedure for Damaged Products

Please contact our customer service at info@amygglow.com to initiate a return. Our team will note down your request, issue a return reference ID and advise you on the return shipping address.

• You will have to self ship the return to our warehouse.
• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be added to the returns credit for valid returns.

Once you have obtained a return reference ID, place the products to be returned in a secure, solid package and seal the box securely. Please take care to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Inscribe the return reference ID and return address on the package and ship it to the address advised by our customer service team.

Refund Procedure

On successful receipt and processing of the return, a credit voucher for the value of the returned item and Rs. 100 shipping reimbursement (if the return is self-shipped) will be issued to you. If you are a registered member on the Amygglow A subsidiary of SEASOUL COSMECEUTICALS PVT.LTD. portal, equivalent reward points may also be issued.

You will be able to use this credit for any subsequent purchases on the website. In case the return is not a valid one as per the conditions outlined above, it will be reshipped back to you upon payment of an additional shipping fee of Rs. 100.

The refund process may take 2 to 3 weeks based on your location. Once the item has been received by us, we will process it within 24 to 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible.

Please use a reliable courier service and retain the shipment receipt until we acknowledge the receipt of the return.
